Description

Bank Cottages is a late 18th-century house row. The ground floor is constructed of chequered red and grey brick, while the first floor is weatherboarded to the front and tile-hung to the right gable end. The roof is tiled, with a half-hipped form to the right, and features a gable end stack to the left and a ridge stack towards the right end. The building stands on a stone plinth and has projecting eaves with a moulded wooden cornice. The fenestration is irregular, comprising three 12-pane sashes to the front. There are three boarded doors: one between the left and central windows, and a pair of doors under a single segmental head between the right and central windows. Short, two-storey rear wings are present, with lower eaves and a ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
