Description
This is a mounting block located about 6 metres west of the lychgate in Boughton Monchelsea. It dates from around 1717 and is made of stone, with a stone rubble base. The structure features three broad stone steps that rise from south to north and are set into the bank on the west side. The top stone is dated 1717.
