Description
The George Inn is an 18th-century building, likely with older origins. The ground floor is finished in painted brick, while the first floor is rendered. The north wall is weatherboarded and tarred, and the building features a tiled roof. It has sash windows with glazing bars and an entrance door that is sheltered by a small hood supported by brackets. At the south end, there is an early 19th-century addition made of painted brick, which includes an eaves cornice, a slated roof, and a door with a moulded architrave and flat hood.
