Description
Well House is a 18th century building featuring a red brick front that conceals an older timber-framed structure. The building is L-shaped, with a weatherboarded east end and a tile-hung north end. There is a weatherboarded projection at the angle of the L. It has a hipped tiled roof. The entrance door is adorned with a moulded architrave and a flat hood supported by brackets. The front has sash windows with glazing bars, while the west wall features cast iron casements with glazing bars. Inside, there is early 18th century panelling, an inglenook fireplace, and exposed beams.
