Description

Nos 68 and 69 on Windmill Street are a mid 19th century pair of buildings. They stand four storeys high with a basement, constructed of brown stock brick. The buildings feature a parapet with stone coping and a cornice below the third floor. Each building has two sash windows with intact glazing bars, and cast iron balconettes adorn the first-floor windows. There is a stringcourse between the ground and first floors, and the doorways are simple round-headed doorcases with steps leading to the street. Nos 68 to 71 form a group.
