Description
The New Inn is an 18th-century corner building located on Milton Road. It has two storeys, with the first floor featuring painted brick. The roof is tiled and includes two modern gabled dormers. There is a coved eaves cornice, and the first floor has three sash windows with verticals only, set within moulded architraves. The 19th-century bar front is adorned with pilasters. Additionally, there are three sash windows on the elevation facing Queen Street. The New Inn is part of a group with Nos 1 to 5, with Nos 2 to 5 being buildings of local interest.
