Description
Elm Tree Farm House is a farmhouse with a facade dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, built over an earlier structure. The ground floor is pebble-dashed, while the first floor is tile-hung, topped with a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys set on a pebble-dashed plinth and features a hipped roof. On the left gable end, there is a broad projecting pebble-dashed stack with a brick flue, and on the right gable, there is a projecting red and grey brick stack on a stone plinth. The front has a regular arrangement of three windows, consisting of two 16-pane sashes and one 12-pane sash. The central entrance features a recessed panelled door with a rectangular fanlight above. At the rear, there is a pebble-dashed lean-to. The interior has not been inspected.
