Description
Church Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage row that has been restored in the late 20th century. It is constructed of red brick with occasional grey headers, and features weatherboarding on the right end elevation and the gable of the left end. The building has a plain tile roof and is one storey with an attic, topped by a gambrel roof. There are two red brick ridge stacks, one towards each end of the roof. The cottage includes four small hipped dormers and has irregular fenestration with four 2-light casements. A 20th-century ribbed door is located in the left gable end. There are three blocked openings: one on either side of the central windows and one on the left end of the front elevation. The interior has not been inspected. The cottage is listed for its group value.
