Description

Portland Villa is an early 19th-century building located at 1253 Dymchurch Road. It is two storeys high and constructed of painted brick, with slate roofs. Number 15 is slightly set back and features a small bay window on the ground floor, along with three sashes that retain their glazing bars. Number 13 has a doorcase framed by a projecting cornice, while number 15 has a round-headed doorcase with a semi-circular fanlight.
