Description
Millbank is a house with an early 19th century facade that conceals an earlier core. It features a timber frame that is partly exposed on the right side, with brick infill and is clad in red brick, while the rear wings have painted brick and tile hanging. The roof is plain tiled and has two storeys with a coped parapet above a hipped roof, which has stacks at the rear left and clustered at the end right. The building has three glazing bar sash windows on each floor, with keystones on the ground floor. There is an off-centre half-glazed door that has a semi-circular surround with imposts and a keystone. A stone tablet on the right end gable is inscribed: "The boundary of Newchurch Parish confirmed at the Sessions at Canterbury on the 11th day of July 1820."
