Description

Great Woodland Farm is a farmhouse, now a house, dating to the late 18th or early 19th century. The front elevation is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, while the gable ends are in English bond. The roof is covered with plain tiles. The house is double depth, with a gabled front range and a half-hipped rear range. Brick gable-end stacks are located to the left and between the ranges, and a cogged brick eaves cornice runs along the top. The front has a regular three-window arrangement, featuring two tripartite sashes and a central four-sash window, all slightly recessed and with segmental heads. Similar windows are present on the ground floor. A central door has a half-glazed design with two fielded panels, and is sheltered by an open timber-framed porch. The interior has not been inspected.
