Description

Rockdean is an early 19th-century building located on St Leonard's Road. It is two storeys high and constructed of yellow brick, featuring a hipped tiled roof and a parapet. The façade includes four sash windows, all with intact glazing bars. The entrance is framed by a doorcase that has fluted pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a six-panel moulded door.
