Description
The Bell Inn is a public house dating from around 1700, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys set on a plinth, with the roof hipped to the left and chimney stacks located at the rear on both the left and right sides.
Originally, the inn had a regular arrangement of windows, including two tripartite sash windows and a central single sash on the first floor, along with two segmentally headed tripartite sashes on the ground floor. The structure has been extended to the right by a two-storey block, which includes one sash window on the first floor and two small, irregular wooden casements and sashes on the ground floor.
There is a half-glazed door positioned to the centre left, flanked by sidelights and set within a wide gabled porch. At the rear, there is a catslide outshot.
