Description

This is an early 17th-century barn or stables, altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a patterned plain tiled roof. A shaped Dutch gable is present on the left side, featuring pilasters, while the right side has a hip roof. A segmental-headed cart entry is visible, flanked by pilasters, along with two segmentally headed windows and two segmentally headed doorways. The date "1889" is worked into the roof tiling in coloured tile. The interior features stopped and chamfered spine beams with run-out stops, forming panels on the ground floor. The roof is a collar truss design, incorporating straight windbraces.
