(East Side) 2/262 Paddledock Manor (formerly listed 11.10.63 as Puddle Dock Farmhouse)

House. C15. Timber framed and exposed close studding with plaster infill underbuilt with painted brick with plain tiled roof. Two storeys on plinth with end jetty to right and hipped roof with rebuilt central stack cluster. Four wooden casements on first floor, including two C20 four-light windows with moulded cills, and 2 wooden casements on ground floor with four-centred arched doorway to centre left with boarded door. Outshot to left, C19 cast iron pump stand attached to wall to left.
