Description

Dean Farmhouse is a house dating from the early 18th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and stands on a plinth. It features a dogtooth eaves cornice to the roof, kneelered parapet gables, two gabled dormers, and stacks positioned to the left and right of the property. There are three glazing bar sashes on the first floor and four on the ground floor, all with segmental heads. The central entrance has a half-glazed door with a moulded, flat hood supported by brackets.
