Description
This granary or outbuilding, located about 100 metres south-east of the Riding School, dates from around 1871. It is constructed from yellow brick with red brick dressings and features a plain tiled roof. The building is one storey high with a loft, set on a plinth, and has a triple span roof. The roof is half-hipped, but the inner span is gabled and includes a central stack. The polychrome brickwork is visible in the heads of the wooden casements on each side, and the entrance has a boarded central door. This structure is included for its group value as part of the overall complex that includes the Riding School and Kennels.
