Description

This outbuilding, located about 80 metres southeast of Tappington Hall, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and rendered, featuring applied framing and fish-tail tiles, showcasing a Swiss chalet style. The ground floor is now open and consists of two brick bays. The roof is half-hipped and adorned with terracotta pinnacles, along with a gable hoist housing that has a moulded barge board. The building includes mullioned glazed sidelights and was likely originally a granary associated with Tappington Hall farm.
