Description

The Old Vicarage is a house built around 1840 for Reverend James Everleigh. It is constructed of flint with rendered dressings and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, set on a plinth, with a projecting center and rendered quoins. The hipped roof includes moulded stacks at the rear left and on both sides. There is a flat-roofed dormer range. The windows are arranged regularly, with three glazing bar sashes on the first floor and two on the ground floor, all having rendered surrounds. The central entrance features a panelled door with sidelights, sheltered by a hipped porch. Additionally, there is a two-storey canted bay on the left return.
