Description

Little Twitham Farm Cottage is a house dating from the early 17th century. It is constructed of red brick in English bond and features a thatched roof. The cottage is designed in the East Kent Artisan Mannerist style and has one storey and an attic above a basement. It has a plinth and four pilasters that support a heavy moulded brick eaves cornice. The roof is half-hipped on the left with a shaped gable on the right, and there are two swept dormers along with stacks on both sides. An outshot is present at the right end of the building. The cottage has two wooden casement windows and a central rib and stud door, as well as a semi-circular arched opening to the basement on the left.
