Description

The stables, located about 40 metres south of Holt Street Farmhouse, are a mid-19th century rebuild of a 17th-century structure. They are constructed of red brick and feature a plain tiled roof. The building is single-storey, with boarded half doors flanked by mullioned rectangular fanlights on both sides, and a central horizontally sliding glazing bar sash. The rear elevation has two segmentally headed doorways, along with remnants of a flint plinth and early brickwork. This building is included for its group value.
