The building features a timber frame with large panel framing exposed at the rear, where the old entrance front is located, and small panel framing at the front with painted brick infill. The ground floor has been extended with red brick that is painted. There is an end jetty on the left side, a hipped roof with chimney stacks at the end right and clustered in the centre left. The first floor has one wooden casement window, while the ground floor has two wooden casement windows. There is a boarded door located in the return elevation.
