Description

Butter Street Cottage is a 16th-century house located on the south side of Butter Street in Nonington. The building features a timber frame that is exposed, with plaster infill on the painted brick ground floor. It has a thatched roof and is one storey high with an attic. The cottage has a jetty at the left end, a hipped roof, two eyebrow dormers, and a chimney stack on the right side. The ground floor includes wooden casements and a boarded door.
