Description

This is a 16th-century building that was significantly altered and refaced in the mid-19th century. It has a tiled roof and rendered walls. The front door is a six-panel design with a flush bottom panel and a glazed upper panel; there is also a four-panel door. An early 19th-century reeded pilaster surround is visible. Two box sash windows with intact glazing bars are present on the first floor, and one similar window with a segmental head is on the ground floor. The building forms a group with numbers 23 to 31A (odd) on the High Street.
