Rose Hill Farmhouse is an 18th-century house located on the east side of Mill Lane in Hougham. The building features a timber-framed structure that is faced with tile hanging, set on a base of flint and brick, with red brick on the return elevations. It has a three-bay lobby entry plan and stands two storeys tall on a plinth, topped with a hipped roof. There are stacks positioned to the centre left and at the end right of the house. Each floor has three wooden casements, and there is a boarded door located to the centre left. Additionally, there is an outshot to the right that includes double garage doors.
