Description

Black Swan Farmhouse is an early 18th-century house constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high on a plinth and features a plat band and a hipped roof with a central chimney stack. The building has a regular arrangement of windows, with five sash windows on the first floor and four ground floor windows that have segmental heads, all fitted with vertical glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a central panelled door. At the rear, there is a large wing that includes an end stack and catslides.
