Description
The Church of the Holy Trinity is a parish church featuring a nave with aisles, a chancel with north and south chapels, and a tower. The lower part of the tower is from the Norman period, while the upper part dates to the 15th century. The north chapel of St Thomas dates back to around 1220, and the rest of the church is from the 14th century. In 1792, the west corner of the south aisle of the nave was cut off to widen the High Street. The church is part of a group that includes Nos 78 to 82 (even).
