Description

Number 30 on St Margaret's Street is an 18th-century building that stands three stories tall and is constructed of painted brick. It features an old hipped tiled roof and a wooden bracket cornice. The front has two 18th-century sash windows with intact glazing bars and two three-light canted bay windows on the first floor. The building also has an overhanging 19th-century shopfront. On the side elevation, there is a canted bay and a doorcase with a weatherhood and brackets. This property is part of a group that includes numbers 27 to 36 on the same street and the Church of St Margaret.
