Description

Number 6 Palace Street is a building from the 18th century featuring a three-storey facade made of painted brick. It has a wooden modillion cornice and one sash window with intact glazing bars. The shop front is a later 19th-century addition. The side elevation is stuccoed and includes two sash windows and a round-headed doorcase with a fanlight above a six-panelled door. There is also a two-storey extension with a simple doorcase and a double-hung sash window. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1, 2, and Nos 4 to 8 Palace Street.
