Description

Number 7 Palace Street is a 18th century facade on a timber-framed building. It has three storeys and is covered in stucco. The stone coping is restored, and there are two to three restored sash windows. The early 19th century shop front features a cornice with brackets, panelled risers, and reeded pilasters. Inside, there is 18th century embossed plasterwork on the ceiling, a finely moulded doorcase, and a corner cupboard. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1, 2, and Nos 4 to 8 Palace Street.
