Description
21 Palace Street is a timber-framed building that was refaced in the 18th century and stands three storeys tall with a plastered exterior. The first floor overhangs, and the building features a hipped tiled roof with an eaves cornice. There are bay windows on both the first and second floors. The entrance has a doorcase with a moulded surround, a rectangular fanlight, and a door made up of six moulded and fielded panels. Inside, the building contains deeply moulded doors and reveals that date back to around 1570. This property is part of a group that includes the Church of St Alphege and Nos 10 to 28 Palace Street.
