Description

Nos 61 and 61A Northgate are 18th century buildings with two storeys and painted brick facades. They feature stone coping and a total of five sash windows with verticals only. No 62 has an early 19th century shop front and doorcase, which includes a vestigial hood, reeded pilasters, panelled reveals, a rectangular fanlight, and a six fielded panelled door. No 61 has a later shop front. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 60 to 71 Northgate.
