Description

Nos. 66 and 66A Northgate are a timber-framed building with an 18th-century facade. The building is three storeys high and faced with stucco. It has a stone parapet and two sash windows set in moulded architraves, featuring only vertical details. A 19th-century shop front is present, characterised by a cornice, two pilasters—partly reeded and partly plain—and folding doors with panelled risers. The rear elevation has a roof with three hips. The building forms a group with Nos. 60 to 71 Northgate.
