They feature a hipped tiled roof and have a total of three sash windows with verticals only. The ground floor includes two sash windows, one of which has a cambered top. The entrance to No 60 is marked by a doorcase with a cornice and a small hood, a rectangular fanlight, and a flush panelled door. There are two additional plain doorcases on the property. The rear elevation is designed with a roof that has two hips. These buildings are listed for their group value, as they are part of a collection that includes Nos 51 to 66 on the same street.
