Description

The former Welsh Harp Public House is a timber-framed building, likely dating to the 17th century or earlier, although it was refaced in the 18th century. The front elevation is two storeys and attics and is constructed of painted brick. It has a hipped tiled roof with two hipped dormers, a diagonal brick cornice, and a stringcourse. The front features two sash windows. A sun fire plaque is also present. The rear elevation has a roof in two hips and contains sash windows with only vertical glazing. A plain doorcase with a rectangular fanlight is on the front. A 19th-century gabled porch is located on the north elevation.
