Description

Friendly Hall is an 18th-century front attached to a probable 17th-century building. The building has two storeys and a hipped tiled roof with a moulded eaves cornice and a stringcourse. The front is now rendered with a stuccoed extension on the east side, and features five sash windows with intact glazing bars on the first floor. A glass conservatory occupies the centre of the ground floor. A simple doorcase is present, and a brick chimneystack on the west wall has a tumbling-in. A pair of red brick gate piers surmounted by stone cornices and ball finials flank the entrance to the garden, situated at the south-west corner of the house.
