Description
Walnut Tree House is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of King Street in Fordwich. It is two storeys tall and constructed of red brick. The roof is divided, with the west half covered in slate and the east half in tiles. The west half features one storey and attics, with windows on the ground floor. The east half has one hung sash window with glazing bars on the upper storey. The entrance has a plain doorway flanked by pilasters and topped with a projecting cornice. The side elevation includes one window above a two-light window set in a wood pilastered surround with a cornice, likely indicating a former shop window.
