This is an 18th-century building located to the rear of number 44. It is constructed of painted brick and stands two storeys high. The roof is tiled and features three hipped dormers, with a wide moulded eaves cornice. The building has four sash windows with intact glazing bars, and two windows are blank. Traces of early 18th-century panelling remain on the ground floor. The building was likely once part of the Crown Inn.
