Description

The King William IV Public House, located at 64A Union Street, dates from around 1840. This two-storey building is constructed of painted brick and features a hipped slate roof. The main elevation has two sash windows set in cambered arched recesses, along with a stringcourse. On the ground floor, there are three light sashes. The side elevation includes three window spaces, with one cambered arched recess on the file side. The doorcase is adorned with a rectangular fanlight that has glazing bars, and the building also has a plinth.
