Description
This is an altered 18th-century building. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior. The roof is tiled and has a hipped dormer window. There are two restored casement windows. A modern shop front has been added. The building forms a group with numbers 28 to 37 on the same side of Northgate.
