Description

Nos 30 and 32 High Street are two adjoining houses that were originally timber-framed but were refaced in the 18th century. The front is plastered, and both houses have hipped tiled roofs; No 30 features a parapet and a dentilled cornice, while No 32 has a moulded cornice. The buildings have sash windows with intact glazing bars and consist of four small bays on both floors. Each house has a doorcase that is accessed by three steps, featuring pilasters, projecting cornices, six-panelled doors, and panelled reveals. The southern doorcase also includes a semi-circular fanlight.
