Description

Peckwater House is an 18th-century building of two storeys and an attic, with a cellar. It is constructed of red brick and has a hipped tiled roof, featuring one dormer with a cornice. The front has three sash windows, though the glazing bars are now missing. A doorcase is located at the south end, accessed by seven steps. The doorcase features an open pediment, pilasters, a semi-circular fanlight, and a door with six fielded panels. Iron spear railings are present in the forecourt.
