Description

Chestnut House Tea Rooms is a timber-framed building dating from the 15th to 16th century. It has been refaced with brick, which is now painted, but it still shows the overhang of its first floor supported by brackets on the north front. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The building features sash windows with intact glazing bars and has two bays on the ground floor. There is a six-panelled door, and the north front is weatherboarded.
