The building is an 18th-century or earlier farmhouse, located on Swain Road, Woodchurch. It is two storeys high. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is tiled and hipped, with a pentice to the north half of the east front. There are two casement windows.
