Description

Wilks Farmhouse is a building from the 18th century or earlier, located on Charing Magazine Road. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. The farmhouse features four casement windows and a simple cambered doorcase. The left side of the building is weatherboarded and has a hipped roof. This structure likely represents an 18th-century refacing of an earlier timber-framed building.
