This 18th-century building is a two-storey house located on Charing Church Hill, near Charing Heath. The ground floor is built of red brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung. It has a hipped, tiled roof with a small projecting roof section, or pentice, on both the east and west sides. There are two casement windows.
