Description

Yew Tree Farmhouse, formerly known as River House and River Cottage, is a building likely dating from the 17th century. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick with a tiled roof that is half-hipped on the west side. A brick stringcourse runs along the building. There are three casement windows, featuring small diamond leaded panes in the first-floor windows. The west elevation has been refaced with modern wavy-edged weatherboarding.
