Description

Elmtree is an 18th-century building located on the southeast side of Church Road in Kennington. It is two storeys high, with the ground floor constructed of painted brick and the first floor featuring tile hanging. The roof is tiled. The building has three 19th-century casement windows and a later 19th-century wooden trellis-work porch. On the left side elevation, there is an outside chimney stack.
