Description

Spearpoint Cottage is a building that likely dates from the 17th century and was altered in the 18th and 19th centuries. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick, topped with a tiled roof. The cottage features a cluster of chimney shafts, including four octagonal ones and a rectangular chimney at each end. On the first floor, there are three sash windows, although the glazing bars are missing. The ground floor has 19th-century bay windows, and there is a modern wooden trellised gabled porch.
