Description

Chantry Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and rendered exterior, featuring a wooden bresummer and a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys, with a hipped roof on the left that connects to the neighbouring range on the right. There are two large gabled dormers supported by brackets and a central ridge stack. The cottage has two windows with wooden casements and a central door made of planks, which dates from the 20th century.
